Marti Ouellette is a transformational speaker, emotional intelligence trainer, and mindset coach devoted to helping people remember who they are and rise into the lives they were born to live. With a warm, direct, and deeply intuitive approach, she guides individuals and teams to break through limiting beliefs, reconnect with purpose, and create lasting, soul-level change.
Her work is rooted in emotional intelligence, Human Design, and the Gene Keys—tools she uses to help clients gain clarity, heal inner narratives, and confidently take action. In addition to her coaching and speaking work, Marti is a passionate advocate for children in foster care. She serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and sits on the Foster Care Review Board for the Arizona Supreme Court. Her belief that “relationships are everything” is woven into everything she does—from professional settings to community impact.
Married for over 25 years and a proud mother of three grown children, she brings lived wisdom, grounded presence, and a deep belief in human potential to every space she enters.
