About Marti
Marti Ouellette is an Emotional Intelligence Speaker and Experiential Facilitator who creates transformational experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and each other.
For more than 25 years, Marti has transformed people, processes, and systems within organizations. Since 2014, she has been leading transformational experiences that help individuals, teams, and groups uncover limiting patterns, deepen relationships, and create meaningful change.
Through curiosity, emotional intelligence, powerful questions, and authentic connection, Marti creates spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest—with themselves and with each other. Because that's where transformation begins.
Whether speaking on a stage, facilitating a workshop, or leading a group experience, Marti is known for helping people feel seen, heard, challenged, and inspired.
A longtime advocate for children in foster care, Marti serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Board Chair of the Foster Care Review Board of Maricopa County, and Educational Surrogate. Friends and former clients affectionately know her as "Party Hearty Marti" for the joy, warmth, and energy she brings into every room.
